Product & billing support
For account, billing, or product questions, email [email protected]. Include your organization ID and, if relevant, a request ID from the console's request logs so we can look up the exact call.
We reply to support email within two business days. Customers on an enterprise plan get a dedicated response-time commitment in their agreement.

Security reports
To report a security vulnerability, a compromised API key, or a violation of the Acceptable Use Policy, email [email protected]. We keep the identity of reporters confidential except where the law requires disclosure.
Developer resources
Most integration questions are answered faster by the developer docs than by email — start with the API reference and the OpenAPI specification. Agents and automated tools can read /llms.txt for a machine-readable overview of the platform and its docs.
