A French long jumper, mid-20s, braided hair tied back, angular face, eyes shut at impact, compact explosive build, in an unbranded blue two-piece kit, arms swinging forward past her knees. Building energy. Opens on: she reaches out over the pit, heels leading, body folded forward. Ends on: her heels bite the sand and a wall of grains bursts up around her. 120fps slow motion, played at 24fps, high shutter freezing every grain in the air. A generic outdoor athletics pit at golden hour, raked sand, empty stands soft behind. Medium shot, locked-off static, low angle level with the sand, 85mm lens on ARRI Alexa 35, shallow DOF. Low golden backlight turns the sand cloud translucent, warm grade with lifted blacks, natural skin texture, 35mm film grain. No logos or text. Negative: blurry, distorted faces, extra fingers, warped text, oversaturated, watermark, no digital sharpness, no CGI gloss, no plastic skin, no over-smoothed textures
